How to Read Your Report

Net Worth Breakdown

Shows total net worth split by liquid assets, investments, and real estate equity. Percentages tell you how concentrated your wealth is. If 90% is in one category, that's worth thinking about.

Cash Flow & Savings Rate

Average monthly income vs. expenses, with a computed savings rate. A positive net cash flow means you're building wealth; negative means you're drawing down. The number matters more than the direction — a 5% savings rate is very different from 25%.

Success Rate (Pro)

From your most recent Monte Carlo projection. Above 80% is generally considered strong. Below 50% suggests adjustments (more contributions, later retirement, or reduced spending).

Pro Tips

Pro Tips

  • Quarterly cadence: Generate a report every quarter to track progress over time. Compare net worth, savings rate, and goal progress across snapshots.
  • Advisor meetings: Before meeting with a financial advisor, generate a fresh report. It gives them a complete picture without logging into your account.
  • Run a simulation first: The report includes your latest Monte Carlo results. If you haven't run a simulation recently, do one before generating the report so the projection section has current data.
